Clifford Francis Deibel, 90, entered Eternal Life Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Cliff was born in Louisville to the late Francis E. and Marie Deibel. He was a graduate of Ahren’s Trade School, a faithfully dedicated electrician for Reynolds Metals for 40 years, and member of St. Martha Catholic Church. He served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. Undoubtedly, his family was his greatest joy. He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother. Cliff was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Jane Deibel. Survivors include his second wife, Veronica Deibel; children, Marie Pierce (Robert), Denise Martin (Russ), David Deibel (Taylor), and Donna Barry (Patrick); grandchildren, Jamie Ferree (Andy), Mary Alice Pierce (Mary), Erin Grant (Austin), Robert Pierce (Alex), Lillie Pierce, Adam Barry, Hunter Martin, Katherine Deibel, Madison Martin, Eric Barry, Nathan Barry; his beloved great granddaughters, Gwendolyn Ferree, Annie Pierce, and Shay Grant; brother, Louis Phillips (Jackie). A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Martha Catholic Church. Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road, has been entrusted with arrangements.
