Judith Broyles Cutshall Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Judith Broyles Cutshall, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, originally of Greeneville, Tennessee, passed from this life on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022. Judy was born in Greeneville, TN to the late Roy and “Darty” Reed Broyles. She graduated from Greeneville High school, where she was a marching band majorette, and later earned an associate degree in business at Massey Jr. College in Atlanta, GA. Judy married Dwayne Cutshall in 1965. They resided in eleven different towns making many friends and memories along the way. She held several work positions, her favorite was performing title searches for Ridenour and Ridenour in Clinton, TN. Judy later turned her focus to the home where she was a talented decorator; family, friends and neighbors often solicited her guidance. She was also an avid gardener, her beautiful flower beds and potted plants were admired by many. Her love for animals was apparent as a faithful 4-legged companion was always at her side. In 2014 Judy and Dwayne relocated to Louisville, KY to be closer to their granddaughters. Judy is survived by her husband of 57 years, H. Dwayne Cutshall; her son M. Bret Cutshall (Elizabeth); daughter Dr. Reed Nett (Dave); granddaughters Caroline and Audrey Nett; and sister Becky Wood (Jerry). Funeral services will be held 7 p.m., Thursday, August 25th, 2022, at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home; 3800 Bardstown Road. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. prior to services. Interment will take place 11 a.m. on Friday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Memorial gifts may take the form of a donation in Judy’s honor to either ASPCA or the Kentucky Humane Society.
