Mary Frances Walden, 80, entered Eternal Life Tuesday, April 7, 2021. Mary was born in Red Wing, Minnesota to the late Harold C. and Mary T. Frazier. She was a long-time parishioner of St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, actively involved with St. Vincent DePaul, South East Helping Hands, and volunteer for Crusade for Children. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ed Walden; granddaughter, Amber Pepin; sister, Charlotte Peterworth; brother, Philip Frazier. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Kenneth R. Walden; daughter, Mary Ann Boyer (Rick); daughter-in-law, Michelle Walden; grandchildren, Chad, Andrew, and Logan Walden, and Everett Boyer; siblings, Joyce Henle, Helen Patterson, Veronica Conrad (Don), Harold C. Frazier, and George Frazier (Cynthia); and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ratterman and Sons, 3800 Bardstown Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
