Yosyp Nogachevskyy

Yosyp Nogachevskyy, 93, of Louisville, passed away Friday, January 28, 2022 at the Nazareth Home. He was born September 20, 1928 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Dr. Nogachevskyy was a physician in Kyiv where he worked for the Institute of Infectious Diseases. He also did scientific research as the Head of the Microbiology Lab. He and his family are members of St. Michael Orthodox Church, Louisville. He is survived by his wife, Valentyna Starostenko; daughter, Lana Mandzy and one grandson, Kyj Mandzy and his wife Mejji Le. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 2nd at 10 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. Both visitation and service will be held at St. Michael Orthodox Church, 3701 St. Michael Church Drive. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
